OVERALL: I feel a great sense of empathy and kinship for dogs and animals in general, and have a great stint of experience with fantastic references from repeat sitters. I am respectful of other peoples' homes' and appreciate that we all want someone to look after our home and pets as if they were our own. I can certainly do that. MY SITUATION: I am an 'apprentice' in painting which means that I have fab flexibility in terms of where I can work. I am in my first year of setting myself up as an artist, so pet-sitting/walking is an ideal way to utilise my flexibility and fund my artist career, while also doing something that I actually truly love - being around animals (particularly dogs). I also have a dog, well, 'the family dog', as you can see from my photos. I am able to bring him with me on assignments (a 3-year old lab) if you like/feel it is helpful for your pet/s, but equally he can stay at home with my parents and it's not...

WHY CHOOSE ME? Good question! Fundamentally, I feel I am a great dog walker and sitter, simply for my sheer enthusiasm and love of dogs. I think it's really important that animals are well taken care of and am a big advocate of pets being sat for in their own environment where they already at home, as opposed to at a kennel, cattery or otherwise.I am DRB checked and can provide references - for that extra piece of mind.
