Once you become a member, you can make unlimited bookings with our pet sitters, 100% free of charge. We NEVER take any commission on your booking nor your pet sitter’s fee.

You will be able to see each pet sitter’s daily fee during your search. This will depend on their specific profile but is generally around £7 per day on average in the UK.

Details of our Terms of Service:

• Membership automatically renews at the end of each term. You can pause your membership whenever you like with just one click from your member account.
• Access to Holidog Travel must be requested via email to our VIP team.
• Our Holivet guarantee is included with all bookings for our VIP members. For our Occasional members, it can be purchased as an added extra for £4.90, with a reimbursement limit of up to £400 for any veterinary expenses incurred.
• The Pet Alert Exclusive guarantee is only available to our VIP members. An exclusive partnership with Pet Alert UK, this circulates all your pet’s important information to emergency services with a priority boost on the Pet Alert page, a maximum of 2 hours after they are declared missing.
